The Studio Daydream Dhyana is an overdrive pedal based on the Dumble built Smokey Signal Tubeless Overdrive, specifically the Alpha tuning model made popular recently by John Mayer. This hand made boutique Japanese pedal, created by designer Taku Sakashita, was designed and built as a “Dumble In A Box” type of pedal, made to compliment your guitar while driving your amp. Providing a rich, full sound at every setting while making your tone sing and amp break up perfectly. Aside from the usual Level, Tone and Gain controls, it features an A.M.C. knob, which stands for Amplifier Matching Control. This parameter adjusts the harmonics and gain in a unique way, blending with the Gain control for a host of distinctive tones and levels of overdriven prestige.
